We hosted a rally at the landmark Bialystoker Shul in the Lower East Side (7-11 Willet Street). Only days before Rosh Hashanah, this was a great way to prepare for the new year, as students returned to the universities and the summer came to a close. Many came to hear the inspiring, world-renown speakers R' Y.Y. Rubinstein, R' Benzion Klatzko, R' Zvi Romm, and R' Yechiel London. Mendy Wald performed! We hope to have many more events in the future.


Program director Rabbi Mayer Friedman recently returned from a trip to Eretz Yisrael, where he and two Shabbos Yeshiva alumni, David Mayer-Deutsch and Ben Litchman, went to publicize the Shabbos Yeshiva program and encourage students in American yeshivos to bring back their passion for Torah to the colleges which they will be attending in the Fall.
